医学与非医学专业大学生生命态度状况比较研究

The Comparative Study on Life Attitude between Medical and Non-medical Students

目的比较医学与非医学专业大学生的生命态度状况及其影响因素,以期为医学专业学生开展有针对性的生命教育提供依据,也为提高医疗队伍的职业道德和素养打好基础。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对南京地区四所高校1800名大学生的生命态度进行问卷调查,比较医学与非医学专业大学生生命态度的差别及其影响因素。结果医学与非医学专业大学生生命态度皆处于中等水平,且两者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均需进一步提高。结论医学院校的生命教育要加强,重点关注四年级医学生的生命态度教育。

Objective：To compare medical and non-medical professional life attitude of college students and its influ- encing factors, so as to provide evidence for life education in medical students, also for improving the medical teams of professional ethics and accomplishment. Methods ： Using the method of cluster sampling, four universities in nanjing area, the questionnaire survey to 1800 college students life attitude is medical and non-medical college students the difference of attitude to life and its influencing factors. Results：Medicine and the medical professional college students＇ life attitude are at medium level, and the differences between them have no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）, but need to be further im- proved. Conclusion：It should strengthen the life education in medical colleges and universities and pay more attention to the senior medical students in zrade four.
