摘要
目的比较医学与非医学专业大学生的生命态度状况及其影响因素,以期为医学专业学生开展有针对性的生命教育提供依据,也为提高医疗队伍的职业道德和素养打好基础。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对南京地区四所高校1800名大学生的生命态度进行问卷调查,比较医学与非医学专业大学生生命态度的差别及其影响因素。结果医学与非医学专业大学生生命态度皆处于中等水平,且两者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均需进一步提高。结论医学院校的生命教育要加强,重点关注四年级医学生的生命态度教育。
Objective:To compare medical and non-medical professional life attitude of college students and its influ- encing factors, so as to provide evidence for life education in medical students, also for improving the medical teams of professional ethics and accomplishment. Methods : Using the method of cluster sampling, four universities in nanjing area, the questionnaire survey to 1800 college students life attitude is medical and non-medical college students the difference of attitude to life and its influencing factors. Results:Medicine and the medical professional college students' life attitude are at medium level, and the differences between them have no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ), but need to be further im- proved. Conclusion:It should strengthen the life education in medical colleges and universities and pay more attention to the senior medical students in zrade four.
