摘要
"卓越医生教育培养计划"的提出对医学生的社会责任感、社会服务能力提出了新的要求。服务性学习作为服务与学习结合的一种学习方式,以其服务性、复合性、实践性、学术性特点为实现"卓越医生"的卓越性提供了现实路径。以多样性的组织方式、有效的过程控制建构医学生服务性学习模式,培养卓越医学人才。
With the publishing of "excellent doctor education and training program", it means more social responsi- bility and more social service ability to medical students. Service learning is combined with service and learning, it have characters of service, compound, practice and science that provides real way to realized excellence for "excellent doctor". Accordingly, this article constructed medical stuednt's service learning model through diverse organization and effective process control to training excellent medical personnel.
