This paper introduced the patient-oriented five step heavy news inform, that is plan ahead, tell the heavy news to patients, understand the patient＇s emotions, opinions, stay, and to discuss the next step, the resolu- tion will tell detail information to the patients, to reach a consensus. And then pay attention to the questions and methods in the five steps.
