HDAC5在神经系统中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 组蛋白乙酰基转移酶(histone acetyltrans‐ferase ,HAT )和组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histone deacetylase ,HDAC)在调节组蛋白N 端赖氨酸残基乙酰化或去乙酰化过程中发挥关键作用,是调控染色质重塑和真核细胞基因转录的表现遗传修饰(epigenetic modifications)的机制之一。研究表明HDAC5在调控神经功能方面起到了非常重要的作用。本文就近年来 HDAC5在神经系统中的作用研究进展作一综述。
