摘要
四十臂井径测井将方差和曲线斜率引入到套损套变识别标准中,使得计算机自动判别套损更加简单,能够度量套管的变形程度。利用相对方位加权插值进行方位校正,三维成像更加准确真实。基于大庆探井平台,利用C++语言实现了四十臂井径成像处理软件,将传统成像处理的三维图、结合管柱包络图和截面序列图实现联动,达到扫描监测套管状态的效果。该方法及软件在吉林油田进行测试,应用效果较好。
40-arms caliper logging is an important means of casing damages monitoring.The variance and curve slope are introduced into the identification standard of casing damages and deformation,which makes the computer automatically and simply recognize the casing damages,and the variance can measure the degree of casing deformation.With azimuth correction by relative orientation weighted interpolation,three-dimensional imaging is more accurate.On this basis,and Daqing exploration well platform,the 40-arms imaging processing software has been developed by using C++ language.The software puts three dimensional figure,string envelope diagram and section sequence diagram into the traditional imaging processing together to achieve linkage control and get the effect of scanning and monitoring casing state.The method and software have bean tested in Jilin oilfield and the application effect is good.
