摘要
优化电源结构,深度开发水电、优化发展煤电、合理消纳西电、积极发展核电、因地制宜开发风电等清洁和可再生能源是实现广西电力可持续发展和"节能减排"战略目标的重要措施。抽水蓄能电站在电力系统中具有调峰填谷、调相调频和紧急事故备用等多种功能,是现代电力系统中最有效的调节工具之一,对优化电源结构、促进广西核电和风电等清洁能源的大规模发展、保障电力系统安全运行具有重要作用。
To realize power sustainable development and the strategic target of energy-saving and emission-reduc-tion, the power source structure must be optimized by vigorously developing hydropower, nuclear power, wind power and other clean and renewable energies, and scientifically developing coal power in compliance with local conditions. Pumped storage power station, as the powerful regulation tool in modern power system realizing by peak cutting and valley filling, phase and frequency modulating etc., plays a significant role in optimizing power structure, developing large-scale clean energy and in safe operation of power system of Guangxi.
