摘要
X射线管转轴的高性能钼棒制备是钼材加工中的一个难点,研究选用适宜的钼粉,制定合理烧结工艺,采用特殊的锻造工艺,生产出性能指标达到美国ASTM387-90标准的钼棒。结果表明:采用平均粒度2.2μm,松装密度1.14 g/cm3的钼粉压制后在氢气感应炉中1920℃烧结3 h后,再采用加热1200~1400℃,道次加工率24%~2%,总加工率74%,5次模锻的锻造工艺能获得密度为10.2 g/cm3的钼棒,再经900℃保温半小时的消应力退火,可以得到抗拉强度大于620 MPa,延伸率大于30%,组织结构均匀的高性能钼棒。
Preparation of high-performance X-ray tube molybdenum rod shaft is one of the difficult points of molybdenum processing. Molybdenum rod shaft, whose performance properties conform to US standards ASTM387-90, is produced by sintering and forging processes. Molybdenum powder(average particle size=2.2μm, bulk density=1.14 g/cm3 ) is sintered at 1 920℃for 3 hours in Hydrogen induction furnace. Molybdenum rod (density=10.2 g/cm3) is obtained upon 1200~1400℃heating and 5 times of forging (pass processing rate=24%~2%, total processing rate=74%). High performance molybdenum rod with uniform organizational structure (tensile strength greater than 620MPa, elongation more than 30%) is produced upon Eliminate stress annealing at 900℃for 30 mins.
