摘要
通过对强磁选粗钛精矿浮选钛铁矿的试验研究,寻找出了当进入浮选作业的钛铁矿品位为15.30%时,合适的选矿流程结构和药剂制度。试验结果表明:采用预先脱硫一粗三精一扫的闭路流程,硫酸作p H调整剂和抑制剂,JS-3作选钛捕收剂,柴油辅助捕收的流程结构和药剂制度,能获得含Ti O2为46.63%、回收率为76.12%的钛精矿。
Based on experimental study of the flotation of ilmenite in rough titanium concentrate after high intensity magnetic separation, the appropriate mineral processing structure and reagent system were proposed when the grade of the ilmeuite entering the flotation process was 15.03%. The closed circuit process consisted of pre-desulfurization, a stage of roughing, three stages of cleaning and a stage of scavenging and sulfuric acid as the pH adjusting agent and the depressant, JS-3 as the collector. The ilmenite concentrate with TiO2 grade and recovery of 46.63% and 76.12% respectively, could be obtained.
