盾构机自动导向系统坐标解算新方法

New Coordinates Calculating Methods of Shield Machine Automatic Guiding System

针对演算工房盾构机自动导向系统,结合盾构法施工测量的实际情况,提出盾构机自动导向系统解算的新方法。通过与导向系统的解算结果对比,肯定了此解算原理的准确性,通过在Excel中编辑盾构掘进坐标解算程序来计算盾构机掘进时的三维坐标,可以应用于自动导向系统坐标解算复核和人工法复测盾构姿态等。

According to the calculus workshop shield machine automatic guiding system,combining with the actual condition of the shield tunneling measurement,new calculating method of the shield machine automatic guiding system was put forward.Through contrasting with the guide system calculating results,the accuracy of calculating principle was certain.By editing shield driving coordinates calculating program to calculate three-dimensional coordinates in the shield machine driving in Excel,it could be applied to calculate and review the automatic guiding system coordinates and repeate the shield attitude by artificial method and other.
