摘要
介绍了高温燃气加热器的工作原理,推导了结构在高温燃气作用下的二维共轭传热方程,应用Fluent软件对头锥结构在高温燃气作用下的流动传热特性进行了数值模拟,得到了不同来流温度和速度条件下结构温度分布情况以及外流场流动及传热特性,为高温燃气对流加热试验技术提供依据。
Working principle of high temperature gas-heater is introduced in this paper. Two dimension heat transfer equations are developed. Conjugate heat transfer between the external flow field and structure of nose tip is simulated using CFD software FLUENT. The k-εmodel is used based on sperated-solver. The gas flow and heating characteristics are obtained with the variety velocity and temperature of incoming flow. The results will be helpful for the optimization of the converted heater design and converted heating experiment.
