聚四氟乙烯盖板双温区边界条件隔热性能试验设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对聚四氟乙烯盖板迎风面和上表面同时满足不同热环境模拟的试验要求,采用有限元方法,对辐射加热试验方案进行了计算分析,重点对加热灯阵高度和遮挡物距离两个影响因素进行了研究。参照计算模拟结果,采用石英灯辐射加热试验设备,对聚四氟乙烯盖板试件进行了隔热性能考核试验,实现了双温区模拟的试验要求。同时试验数据与数值模拟结果吻合度较好,验证了数值模拟方法的可信性和有效性。对于类似隔热材料性能考核试验方法研究具有重要的参考价值。 Experiment research using a set of infrared radiation heating equipment for the two mutual vertical surfaces of the PTFE cover board, equivalent simulation test of simultaneous non-linear high temperature condition in the atmospheric environment. Using finite element method, under the condition of radiation heat exchange, considering the thermal conductivity of the antenna structure and the heat transfer of the surrounding medium, numerical simulation was carried out on the test process. In quartz lamp radiation heating test equipment to complete the assessment test, test data and numerical simulation results are in good agreement, which verifies the credibility and validity of the numerical simulation method. The research method can be used for following test.
