摘要 通过试验确定氮气分析流量为9 L/min,静态流量为3 L/min,,冲洗时间为4 s,预燃时间为6 s,积分时间为4 s的激发条件,采用火花源原子发射光谱法测定硅钢中Si、Mn、P、S、Al。采用干扰系数法进行了校正,精密度考察结果表明,相对标准偏差0.50%~4.5%之间。对两块取向硅钢生产样品进行分析,并与其他检测单位进行比对分析,结果一致,且偏差均在允许范围内。 Silicon,manganese,phosphorus,sulfur and aluminum in silicon steel were determined by spark source atomic emission spectrometry.The selected excitation conditions were as follows:the an-alytical flow rate of argon was 9 L/min,the static flow rate was 3 L/min,the flush time was 4 s,the pre-combustion time was 6 s and the integration time was 4 s.After correction by interference coeffi-cient method, precision test was performed, and the relative standard deviations ( RSD ) were be-tween0.50%and 4.5%.Two silicon steel production samples were analyzed by proposed method and other detection unit,and the found results were consistent.Moreover,the deviation was within the al-lowance range.
