摘要
可编程逻辑控制器,简称PLC,是一种工业控制微型计算机。它编程方便、操作简单尤其是高通用性等优点,使它在工业生产过程中得到了广泛的应用。其中的一个应用便是料垫返回小车的控制,主要用到的是它的逻辑控制功能。本论文介绍的是PLC产品以及其对应的软件,并且用它来进行对推进式加热炉料垫返回小车的控制编程。东轻南线640T推进式加热炉料垫返回小车采用空中转移方式,本文浅析小车的电气部分工作原理以及软硬件组成。
Programmable logic controllers, referred PLC, are an industrial control microcomputer.It is easy to program, with especially high versatility and other advantages and it has been widely used in the industrial production process.One application is to control heating furnace burden pad car, and it is mainly used in the logic control functions.This paper introduces a PLC products and the corre-sponding software, which are used for control programming to furnace feed pad car.Air transfer mode is adopted for 640T-propelled furnace feed pad car of East Light south line car.The paper discusses the working principle and hardware composition.
