摘要
分析锻件材低倍夹杂出现的原因。通过优化钢水脱氧及提高脱氧产物的去除率,注重浇注系统的质量以及清洁,可以很好的控制低倍夹杂。
The reasons of macro inclusion in forging material was analyzed.By optimizing the deoxidi-zation of molten steel and improving the removal rate of deoxidization products and paying attention to the quality of pouring system and cleaning, macro inclusion can be controlled well.
