通过对转炉高拉碳工艺的理论分析,结合生产实际情况,优化了转炉高拉碳工艺操作制度,实现了转炉冶炼高碳钢高拉碳工艺,提高转炉冶炼高碳钢质量的同时降低了冶炼成本。
Based on the theoretic analysis of the converter high carbon technology, combined with the actual situation of production, We optimized converter technological operation, and realized the tech-nology of high carbon smelting.The quality of high carbon steel in the converter is improved and the smelting cost is decreased.
