盐酸帕罗西汀片联合解郁丸治疗卒中后抑郁症50例

50 Cases of Patiets with Depression due to Brain Stroke Treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Combined with Depression-Release Pill

目的:观察盐酸帕罗西汀片联合解郁丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取脑卒中后抑郁症患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予盐酸帕罗西汀片口服治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用解郁丸口服治疗。结果:治疗后两组HAMD评分、MESSS评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盐酸帕罗西汀片用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸帕罗西汀片联合解郁丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁症临床疗效显著,且可以减少盐酸帕罗西汀片的用量。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with depression - release pill in treating depression due to brain stroke. Methods ：100 patients with depression due to brain stroke were divided into the observation group and the eontrol group according to the random number,with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given paroxetine hydrochloride tablets for oral administration, while the ones in the observation group were added depression - release pills for oral administration on the basis treatment of the control group. Results：After the treatment,the two groups＇ HAMD score and MESS score were greatly lower than those before the treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group （ both P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The dosage of paroxetine hydrochloride for the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Pafoxetine hydrochloride combined with depression - release pill in treating depression due to brain stroke has good clinical effects;What＇s more,the dosage of paroxetine hydrochloride can be reduced.
