泽芪方对肝硬变腹水一氧化氮、内毒素浓度的影响

摘要 目的:观察泽芪方对肝硬变腹水一氧化氮(NO)、内毒素浓度的影响。方法:选取肝硬变腹水患者30例,随机分为观察A组和观察B组,在入组时分别抽取静脉血,测定两组患者血浆中NO、内毒素的浓度。两组均给予内科常规治疗,观察A组另给予自拟泽芪方治疗。结果:观察A组总有效率优于观察B组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血浆中NO、内毒素的浓度均有所下降,且观察A组优于观察B组(P<0.05)。结论:泽芪方能降低肝硬变腹水患者血浆中NO、内毒素的浓度,NO、内毒素与肝硬变腹水的发生具有正相关性。
