云南在国际区域经济一体化进程中的沿边开放新优势

Yunnan's New Advantages in Opening Border Region under International Regional Economic Integration

国际区域经济一体化进程对边境地区经济发展的带动作用已经得到广泛证实。自由贸易区作为当前国际区域经济一体化的主要形式,给内陆沿边地区的经济发展注入了新的动力。随着中国—东盟自由贸易区的建成和运行,云南省的区位发展条件发生了重大变化。在全国东中西部区域经济发展失衡和加快实施自由贸易区战略背景下,云南探索利用CAFTA培育沿边开放新优势,既是促进本地区经济发展的需要,又是对以自由贸易区带动沿边地区经济发展路径和经验的重要总结。

The leading role of international regional economic integration on the economic development of the border region has been widely confirmed. As a main form of international regional economic integration,free trade area has injected new impetus to the economic development of inland border area. With the building and running of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,significant changes have taken place in the development conditions of Yunnan province. In the condition of the regional imbalance in economic development and the implementation of the free trade area strategy,exploration of the new advantages of opening border will promote economic development in the region,and will be helpful to sum up experiences of economic development and push development in the border region under the framework of CAFTA.
