论云南省与孟印缅的农业合作

The Agricultural Cooperation between Yunnan Province,Bangladesh,India and Myanmar

农业合作是孟中印缅经济走廊建设的重要组成部分,是一项民心工程。开展云南与孟印缅的农业合作可作为推进走廊建设的第一步工作来抓。云南地处孟中印缅的交接部,云南省与孟印缅在农业发展水平、农业特征上具有较强的相似性与互补性,虽然目前云南省与孟印缅的农业合作还处于起步阶段,但农业合作已经有了一定的基础,并已开始受到了各方领导人的重视,随着互联互通的便利化及合作机制的日益健全,深化云南省与孟印缅农业合作是完全可行的。

Agricultural cooperation is a people-benefited project. Agricultural cooperation between Yunnan Province,Bangladesh,India and Myanmar should be priority task to build the BCIM Economic Corridor. Yunnan is located in the junction of BCIM areas,it has plenty of similarities and complementarities in agricultural characteristics,the level of agricultural development with other three sides. Though agricultural cooperation between four sides is still in initial stage,it has a solid foundation,and receives great attention from the leaders of the BCIM With the convenience of connectivity and optimization of cooperation mechanism,to deepen agricultural cooperation between Yunnan Province,Bangladesh,India and Myanmar is completely feasible.
