生态支持战略:中国特色生态文明的进路

Ecological Support Strategy: Approach of the Ecological Civilization with Chinese Characteristics

"生态"本质上是自然意义的,"文明"本质上是社会意义的,实践把对立的二者贯通起来,使生态转化为文明。强调生态保护,既是对人与生态关系认识的科学化和深入化,也是对人类征服自然的沙文主义的反思和纠正。生态保护在哲学观、思维方式和价值目标上具有明显的缺陷,因此,必然要被更符合生态与人类发展的生态支持战略所取代。生态支持是促进生态进步和促进人类进步的辩证统一,强调生态与人的实践关系,强调促进生态进步的价值在于为人类社会发展服务,强调生态进步与人类社会发展同步同构。生态支持是中国特色的生态文明之路,既体现了生态优化与社会发展相互依存促进的关系,也符合中国当下的国情和发展战略,有利于对立的生态与文明相互贯通,生态由此文明。

The ＂ecological＂is essentially the natural meaning; ＂Civilization＂is essentially social significance; practice makes ecological into civilization by linking up the two opposite. The emphasis on ecological protection is not only the scientific and in-depth understanding of the relationship between people and ecology,but also the reflection and correction to the contemporary human since the human conquest of nature of chauvinism. However,there are obvious defects of ecological protection in philosophy,mode of thinking and value goal. So it will be substituted for the ecological support strategy which is more suitable for ecological and human development. Ecological support is the dialectical unity to promote ecological progress and to promote human development. It emphasizes that the practice of ecological and human relations,promoting ecological progress value lies in the service of development of human society,the synchronization of ecological progress and human society＇s development. Ecological support is Chinese characteristics of ecological civilization. It is not only in line with the relationship of interdependence and promotion of ecological optimization and social development,but also in line with the current Chinese national conditions and development strategy. It is helpful to the interpenetration of opposed ecological and civilization. The ecologic becomes civilized.
