摘要 某电厂1 000 MW机组高压主汽调节阀在电厂进行材质检验时,发现进、出汽接管材质与设计要求材质不符,需要更换。在电厂周期非常紧张的情况下,采用焊接方式进行返修,经检验,阀门变形在设计允许范围内,焊接质量达到了DZ7.18.1.26-93和DZ7.18.1.28-93 I级合格标准,文章介绍的经验对今后处理类似材质的阀门返修具有指导意义。 The HP main steam regulating valve of 1 000 MW uhra-supercritical unit in a power plant has been found that the pipe connector material is not comformed with design requirements for material, and needs to be changed. The welding method is used to repair in the case of a very busy production cycle, and through inspection, the deformation of the valve is in the range of allowable design and the welding quality achieves to qualification standards of DZ7.18.1.26-93 and DZ7.18.1.28-93 of Grade I. The experience of treatment in this paper has a guiding significance in the future.
