摘要
文章通过扫描电子显微镜及其能谱仪,分析了真空熔炼炉内碳还原氧化铝陶瓷管表面的形貌及成分,确定了生成的产物,讨论了在真空高温下氧化铝与石墨碳发生的反应机制,为解决陶瓷管失效指明方向。
This paper investigated morphologies & compositions and determined the product of Alumina ceramic tubes reduced by carbon in vacuum melting furnace using SEM and EDS. This paper discussed the reaction mechanism of Alumina and graphite carbon at high temperature. The method has specified a direction for resolving failure problems of ceramic tubes.
