摘要
针对目前大多数垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液处理工程无法稳定达标排放的问题,提出采用MVC(Mechanical Vapour Compression)蒸发处理技术替代现有物化法和生物法的组合工艺。以北京阿苏卫城市生活垃圾综合处理厂的垃圾渗滤液为研究对象进行了MVC蒸发处理试验,并对试验结果进行了分析。实验结果表明,垃圾渗滤液采用MVC蒸发处理技术,可实现10倍以上的浓缩,产生的蒸馏水COD小于20mg/L,缩短了处理流程,节能效果显著,可以实现稳定达标排放。
Since leachate treatment in most waste incineration power plants fails to reach standard emission steadi- ly, aiming at the problem, this paper proposes to replace the existing technique which combines physicochemical method and biological method by MVC. Taking the landfill leachate from Beijing Asu Weieheng Comprehensive Treatment plant of municipal solid waste as the research object, the author makes the test of MVC and analyzes the result. The result shows that to adopt MVC to treat landfill leachate can effect 10 times better, generate 20 mg/L of distilled water COD, simplify the treatment process, enhance energy saving, and realize steady standard emission.
