摘要
对某厂3号机组发生的3次跳机事故中的快切动作过程进行了分析,通过分析及试验论证了电泵联锁启动过程中发生快切引起6 k V母线电压降低,从而导致400 V电压降低、400 V辅机控制回路交流接触器返回后辅机跳闸的原因,并提出了相应的处理方法。
This paper analyzes strates the reasons, through the process of fast change -over the analysis and experiment, why in three trip accidents in No. 3 unit, and demon- fast change -over happening during pump inter- locked startup lowers the 6 kV bus bar voltage, accordingly causing 400 V voltage reduction and auxiliary trip after the return of 400V ac contaetor auxiliary control loop, and proposes relevant countermeasures.
