摘要
为了解决电力营销分散分布式缴费管理平台数据信息交互实时性较差、准确性不高、完善性不足等问题,笔者根据"一体化缴费接入系统"标准,建立符合营销业务应用需求的缴费技术管理平台,采用面向服务的SOA分层架构服务模型,实现了多渠道缴费服务业务集成统一。实践应用效果表明,该系统可以将95598网上银行、电力POS缴费终端、电力自助缴费终端、网上银行等缴费渠道统一集成,有效地减轻电力运营服务压力,提高了电力用户缴费的灵活性和便利性。
In order to solve the problems of distributed management platform for electric power marketing, such as lack of real - time data information interaction, accuracy, and perfectness, the author establishes the payment man- agement platform meeting the requirement of marking according to the standard for integrated payment access sys- tem. It's a platform which adopts SOA model to realize the unification of multichannel payment. The application shows that this system can integrate 95598 online bank, electric power POS payment terminals, self- service pay- ment terminals and online bank, which effectively alleviates the pressure to electric power operation service, and enhances the flexibility and convenience of customer payment.
