摘要
三代战机科技含量高、可遂行作战任务多的特点,对原本涉及面广、影响因素多的装备保障工作提出了更高要求,面向任务的飞行保障方案制定的科学与否直接影响着部队能够遂行作战任务,而长期以来,基层部队对于保障方案是否合理可行的评估,尚未建立一个科学有效的标准和手段,本文从某型战机入手,深入分析影响其飞行保障的主要因素,建立了面向任务的飞行保障方案评估体系,并利用层次分析(AHP)和模糊综合评判相结合的方法对保障方案进行了综合评估,克服了以往靠保障经验进行主观判断的缺陷,计算结果表明,该方法合理、有效,可应用于对各种不同机型保障方案的评估。
With high technology applied into the third generation fighter, it can execute varied tasks, the aviation e‐quipment support work becomes more difficult .Making a scientific program based on operation task is very important to complete combat missions .This paper analyzes the main factors which influence flight safety, then establishes an index sys‐tem of evaluating aviation equipment support .It uses the method of AHP and fuzzy synthetic to evaluate the aviation equip‐ment support program .Then, it overcomes the influences of subjective in weight ascertaining of traditional evaluation meth‐ods .The simulation results show that the method is reasonable .The analytical approach and the results will be practical and helpful to other similar projects .
