论高校青年教师教学能力的培养

Cultivation of University Young Teachers' Teaching Ability

近年来随着各高校的迅猛发展,在其自身规模不断扩大的同时,也在不断引进优秀的青年教师,青年教师已成为高校教师队伍中的一支活跃的生力军,是高校教学、科研领域的中坚力量,承担高校未来发展之重任。高校青年教师的综合素质的提升,尤其是教学能力的培养直接影响所教学生的学识水平、思想意识以及人生观和价值观的取向,或者说直接影响未来人才培养的质量。本文对提高青年教师教学能力的必要性、现实需求、培养措施等进行了探讨,以期为努力造就一支业务素质良好、科研能力突出、文化素养丰富的青年教师队伍,为高校适应未来的快速发展提供坚实的后备力量,提供切实可行的借鉴。

In recent years, with the rapid development of colleges and universities, more and more excellent young teachers are employed. They have become an active force in the university faculty, the backbone in the teaching and scientific research fields and bear important task of the future development of colleges and universities. Development of young teachers＇ comprehensive quality, especially their teaching ability,will directly influence their students＇ knowledge level, consciousness and values on life, or affect the quality of talent cultivation in the future. This article discusses the necessity, practical demand and cultivation measures with the aim of providing feasible reference to improve the teaching ability, scientific research ability and cultural literacy of young teachers.
