酸脂清组方对实验大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型PGE_2、IL-6的影响

EFFECT OF SUANZHIQING COMPOUND ON PGE_2 AND IL- 6 LEVELS IN RAT MODEL OF ACUTE GOUTY ARTHRITIS

目的通过观察酸脂清组方对高尿酸血症伴有关节肿胀急性痛风性关节炎大鼠PGE2(前列腺素E2)、IL-6(白介素-6)的影响,研究其抗炎作用机制。方法将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分成四组,对照组、模型组采取不同的干预方法干预6天,第7天造模,造模后24小时时从下腔静脉取血测血清UA(尿酸)、PGE2、IL-6的含量。结果酸酯清治疗组与模型组比较,UA降低(P<0.01)、PGE2降低(P<0.05),血IL-6含量用药后变化无显著性。结论酸脂清组方可能通过降低PGE2的含量发挥对实验大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型的治疗作用。

Objective To explore the anti - inflammatory pharmacological mechanism of Suanzhiqing by ob- serving its effect on joint swelling concerning hyperuricemia accompanied acute gouty arthritis rat model and its in- fluence on the secretion of blood uric acid（BUA） , PGE2 and IL- 6. Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divid- ed into control group and model groups. Each group accepted different intervention intervene in six days. 24 hours after model was built, inferior vena cava blood was collected to detect BUA, PGE2 and IL -6. Results Compared with the control group,joints of model rats swelled markedly, and BUA, PGE2, IL -6 significantly increased. And compared with model group, BUA, PGE2 of drug treatment group reduced in different degree, but IL -6 was no sta- tistically significant. Conclusion Suanzhiqing component can significantly reduce BUA and PGE2, but there is no marked effect on IL- 6 ,and it may mitigate the hyperuricemia accompanied acute gouty arthritis by reducing BUA and PGE2.
