摘要 目的探讨黑果枸杞水提取液对小鼠耐常压缺氧能力的影响。方法将SPF级小鼠分为空白对照组,阳性组,黑果枸杞高、中、低剂量组,灌胃给药14 d后进行常压密闭缺氧实验,观察各组小鼠存活时间、血红蛋白数量、红细胞数量、一氧化氮含量和抗氧化酶活力、脑含水量的变化。结果中低剂量黑果枸杞水提取液能增加常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间、降低脑含水量。对HGB、RBC、GSH-PX、CAT无明显影响。结论黑果枸杞水提取液对常压缺氧小鼠有一定保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of the Lycium ruthenicum Murr Water extract on hypoxia at nor- mal pressure tolerance. Methods SPF mice were divided into control group, positive group and Lycium ruthenicum Murr Water extract group. The later further divided into three sub - groups, eg. high, middle and low does groups (LH, LM, LL). Lycium ruthenicum Murr Water extract was fed for 14 days in mice and then hypoxia at normal pres- sure to observe the hemogramand RBC, the NO content, the the activity of anti - oxidation enzyme and the brain wa- ter content. Results Lycium ruthenicum Murr Water extract could significantly increase the survival time in mice, as well as reduce the brain water content, while the HGB, RBC, CAT, GSH - PX, T - AOC showed no significant statis- tical difference. Conclusion The results show that Lycium ruthenicum Murr Water extract has the effects of anti - hy- poxia protecting the mice in hypoxic condition at normal pressure.
