全自动血沉压积动态分析仪偏态评价 被引量:1

EVALUATION ON THE SKEWNESS OF AUTOMATIC ESR HEMATOCRIT DYNAMIC ANALYZER

摘要 目的评价全自动血沉压积动态分析仪测定红细胞沉降率结果的准确性和可靠性。方法采用全自动血沉压积动态分析仪红外线探测技术法和魏氏手工法对221例样本进行同步测定分析,对测定的结果进行统计学分析与比较。结果全自动血沉动态分析仪仪器重复性检测,CV值均小于10%,重复性好,精密度符合卫生部临检中心要求。全自动血沉压积动态分析仪所测结果与魏氏手工法的结果在正常范围之内无显著性差异(P>0.05),但测得的血沉结果在60 mm/h以上时,与魏氏手工法的结果有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论检测结果经统计学处理后,全自动血沉压积动态分析仪测定正常值范围之内的标本结果,与手工法比对结果无显著性统计学差异(P>0.05),显示其在血沉正常值范围的测定可靠性高。测定结果在60 mm/h以上时,测定结果偏高,需以魏氏手工法校正。提示,临床在使用新的全自动血沉压积动态分析仪时,需做偏态评价。 Objective To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)test de- tected by Automatic ESR hematocrit dynamic analyzer. Methods 221 samples were tested by two kinds of methods, namely, the automatic ESR hematocrit dynamic analyzer and Widmanstatten manual method simultaneously and ana- lyzed the data by statistical. Results the CV value was less than 10% and proved the repeatability of automatic ESR analyzer was good. The accuracy or precision met the requirements of the Ministry of health examination center. The automatic ESR hematocrit dynamic analyzer showed no statistically significant difference compared with the Wester- gren manual method ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, there was a significant difference at the point of 60 mm/h between the two methods( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion In the normal value range of ESR, the results detected by automatic ESR hem- atocrit dynamic analyzer or the manual method are very close. However, if ESR is above 60 mm/h, it may need to recalibrate by the widmanstatten manual method. We suggest that the new automatic ESR hematocrit dynamic analy- zer should be evaluated before use.
