微小RNAs与αβT细胞发育和功能的研究进展

Research advance on the role of MicroRNAs in the development and function of αβT cells

近年来的研究显示,微小RNA(MicroRNAs,miRNAs)在机体免疫细胞发育和免疫应答中发挥了重要作用,尤其是miRNAs在αβT细胞的发育、活化、功能亚群分化和老化等一系列生物学过程中发挥了关键的调控作用。这些研究进展不仅对于深入认识机体免疫系统和应答机制,还对于相关临床疾病的治疗具有重要意义。

Recent studies have shown that microRNAs（ miRNAs） played an important role in the development of immune cells and immune response. Especially,miRNAs played a critical regulator role in αβT cells development,subsets differentiation and activation,as well as aging. The advance on these research works was much helpful for not only the understanding of immune system and immune response,but also the therapy of related clinical diseases.
