摘要
目的了解深圳市南山区动物致伤的发生特点和规律,为进一步开展动物致伤干预工作提供参考依据。方法采用2012年南山区伤害监测信息系统,利用全国统一的伤害监测报告卡,由经过培训的急诊科医护人员对患者进行询问调查。结果动物致伤在南山区伤害构成中排在第2位,患者年龄主要集中在20-40岁,发病时间以第三季度最高,发生地点主要在家中,伤害部位主要在上肢和下肢。结论南山区动物致伤发病形势严峻,应及时开展有关综合干预工作。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of animal injury in Nanshan District of Shenzhen and provide the reference for further interventions of animal injury. Methods With injury surveillance information system of Nanshan in 2012 and a unified national injury surveillance report card,patients in emergency department were investigated by trained medical personnel. Results Animal injury was the second main injury pattern in Nanshan District with the characteristics of patients aged from 20 to 40 years old and the highest time in the third quarter of the year and and the location mainly at home and the main injury site in the upper and lower limbs.Conclusion The ratio of animal injury is high in Nanshan District and therefore the interventional work should be carried out in time.
