CCP's Thought Evolution of Handling Mass Incidents after the Founding of PRC

建国以来,历届中央领导集体都对影响社会稳定的群体性事件进行了积极应对。纵观其思想演变,可以看出,对群体性事件内涵的界定日益明晰、人民内部矛盾的定性愈益坚定、发生原因的认识逐步深化、事前预防的理念更为明确、处置的举措日渐科学、化解的机制日趋合理。从历史发展的视角对建国后中国共产党应对群体性事件的思想演变进行梳理,无疑对构建和谐社会有着重要的现实意义。

An analysis has been made on CCp＇thought evolution in response to mass incidents from the perspective of historical development.It is found that successive central leaders have had a positive response to mass incidents.Considering the thought evolution throughout history,it is clear that the CCP has had a comprehensive and profound understanding of the connotation of mass incidents,the nature of the contradictions among people and the reasons for the incidents.Therefore the concept of prevention is clear;the response measures are becoming more scientific;the resolving mechanism is more reasonable.
