Online Political Participation of Undergraduates in the Internet Age

随着互联网时代的到来,网络政治参与成为当今民主政治建设的一种新形式与新途径。通过对安徽省5所本科院校的大学生网络政治参与现状的调查,发现大多数大学生关心国家政治,愿意参政议政,大学生网络政治参与已成为民主政治建设的一支重要力量。受网络监管措施不力、自身政治素质不成熟等因素影响,大学生容易被网络上错误舆论诱导,导致盲从行为和群体极化现象。需要采取措施,加强网络监管,提高政府有关部门对大学生网络政治参与行为的反馈效率,以提高大学生政治参与的效能感,激发大学生更高的网络政治参与热情,使其积极发挥"正能量",为推进我国的社会主义民主政治建设作出重要贡献。

With the arrival of the Internet age,online political participation has become a new form and a new way in the democratic political construction.A survey has been conducted on the online political participation of the undergraduates in five universities in Anhui province.It has been found that most students are concerned about politics and they have become a strong power in the democratic political construction.However,because of inadequate regulatory measures by the network,their political immaturity and other factors,college students can be easily induced to the wrong political direction,leading to herd behavior and group polarization.Therefore effective countermeasures and network supervision should be strengthened by improving the reflection efficiency of the related government so that college students＇ enthusiasm of political participation is aroused,since their positive power will become the driving force in the socialist democratic construction.
