摘要
针对舰炮抽壳机构的结构特点,建立了抽壳机构的有限元动力学仿真模型;得到了抽壳力随时间的变化曲线和药筒速度随时间的变化曲线;分析了抽筒模板位置变化对药筒速度的影响。分析结果表明,随着抽筒模板的下移,药筒速度会逐渐减小,下移幅度小于3mm时,药筒速度减小的幅度不大,不会影响抽壳效果;下移幅度大于3mm时,药筒速度大幅度减小,严重影响抽壳质量甚至无法抽出药筒;抽筒左右位置的的变化对药筒的速度影响较小,不会影响抽壳质量。
Aimed at the special structure of naval gun extractor mechanism,the FEA dynamics simulation model of the extractor mechanism was established.The time-curve of extraction force and cartridge case velocity were acquired.The influences of extraction plate position on velocity of cartridge case were analyzed by use of the simulation data.The analysis results showed that as the extraction plate moves down,the velocity of cartridge case gradually decreases,when the shift-down distance is less than 3mm,the effect is little;when the distance is more than 3mm,the velocity of cartridge case was greatly reduced,this has seriously impact on extraction quality even make the gun cannot extract the cartridge case.The influence of extraction plate variation in the left position and right position on velocity of cartridge case is little,this cannot affect the extraction quality of the gun extractor mechanism.
