硅钙合金球在430不锈钢冶炼中的应用

摘要 在AOD出钢过程中随钢流加入硅钙合金球,研究硅钙合金球对430不锈钢钢水质量的影响。结果表明:硅钙合金球对改善AOD炉渣流动性有一定作用;使用硅钙合金球的炉次跟未使用的炉次相比,AOD出钢前后全氧的降低量大于6ppm,AOD出钢后炉渣中的Cr2O3含量低0.07%;使用硅钙合金球的炉次,钢水中夹杂物类型为Ca OSi O2-Al2O3,中包中夹杂物尺寸以0-10μm为主。 Calcium silicon alloy was added into the liquid steel with steel flow after AOD smelting process, the effect of the calcium silicon alloy on the steel quality was studied. The results show that the adding of calcium silicon alloy has a role of improving slag fluidity, and the total oxygen decreased pre and post tapping is more than 6ppm compared with no-using calcium silicon alloy, and the Cr2O3 content of slag after the steel tapping is lower 0.07%; the inclusions type in the steel using calcium silicon alloy is mainly CaO-SiOE-Al2O3, and the in- clusion size in the tundish is mostly 0-10μm.
