摘要
中厚板退火炉过程控制系统采用东北大学自主研发设计的通讯软件,使用OPC协议与一级基础自动化系统进行通讯,并使用TCP/IP协议与三级生产管理系统进行通讯,程序编程上采用OCI协议与数据库进行数据交换,数据库的存储过程执行代码可降低数据交换量。本文就中厚板退火炉过程控制系统的设计思路进行了详细的阐述,对提高维护人员的技能水平和减少故障处理时间提供了技术指导和帮助。
An independent communication software designed by Northeasten University is adopted in the process automation system for the medium plate annealing furnace. OPC proto- col is used to communicate between basic automation system and process automation system. The communication between Manufacturing Execution System and process automation system is based on TCP/IP protocol. OCI protocol is adopted in program for data exchange with database. The executable procedure code can reduce the quantity of data exchange. Aiming at the design and application of process automation system for the medium plate annealing fur- nace, the statement is given in details. Then, it will be useful for improving the maintenance personnel ability and lowering the breakdown hours.
