The Research on the Servive Lifetime of Oil Film Bearing

酒钢中板的油膜轴承由太原重工油膜轴承分公司1996年制造,目前已使用17年,从未出现过油膜轴承问题引发的轧机停机事故,也从未采购过新的锥套及衬套。本文从油膜轴承的装备、轧机装配精度、维护三个方面论述提高油膜轴承使用寿命的经验及方法。

The oil film bearing in the plate mill of JISCO was made by oil film bearing subcorp of TaiYuan Heavy Machine Group in 1996 and never appeared accident in rolling milll caused by oil film bearing, also never need to purchase new taper sleeve and bushing. The pa- per discussed the experience and methods of improving the servive lifetime of the oil film bear- ing from the aspects of oil film bearing equipment, mill assembly precision, and maintenance of the oil film bearing.
