正交法制备植生型混凝土试验研究

Orthogonal Experiments for Eco-Concrete Mix Proportion

植物生长型生态混凝土是一种能够适应植物生长的新型混凝土材料。本文采用正交试验法得到,按水泥∶粉煤灰∶碎石∶水(含基质吸水量)∶基质=1∶0.82∶9.58∶0.76∶0.18的配合比制备而成的植生型混凝土,60天强度可达5MPa以上,能满足使用要求。

Eco-concrete is a new kind of concrete material which is suitable for plant growth. This paper provides an eco-concrete mix proportion cement：fly ash：coarse aggregate：water（including substrate water absorption） ： substrate=1∶0. 82∶9. 58∶0. 76∶0. 18. The concrete compressive strength after 60 days is beyond 5 MPa,which can satisfy the needs for construction.
