摘要
探讨了在可编程调节器(SLPC)构成的热电偶检定炉温度控制系统中采用智能PID控制的方法,其将批量PID控制方法应用于该系统,使得给定值不断大幅度变化的随动系统的控制做到快速无超调,达到了系统预期的正常运行,不仅节省时间,而且大幅度提高整定精度,有效提高了系统的鲁棒性与经济性。
This paper introduces the method of application of intelligent PID control in thermocouple verification temperature control sys-tem constituted of programmable controller,which employs the method of bulk PID control,making a given value constantly significantly change with the moving system control and achieve a normal running,which not only saves time and greatly improves tuning accuracy,ef-fectively improving the robustness and economy of the system.
