应用TQM的思想和方法,借鉴企业质量保证体系建立与运行成功的经验,在系统分析高职教育教学质量的影响因素的基础上,对人才培养质量的形成过程进行全面的、全员参与的和全过程的监控与评价,为实现教学管理现代化提供方法和制度保障,保障学校人才培养目标的实现。

This paper,in application of TQM thought and method,draws lessons from the establishment of corporate quality ensurance system and its running success. On the basis of systematic analysis of factors influencing educational and teaching quality,we participate in the formation process of talent cultivation and monitor and evaluate the entire process,guaranteeing teaching and management modern-ization and the realization of talent cultivation.
