摘要
学生评教是高校教师评价的重要组成部分,其占据了教师教学评价的主导地位。在某高职院校从教师特征角度对学生评教进行调查,获得了实际调查数据,认证了教师特征对不同成绩学生评教存在差异,分析了教师特征对学生评教结果的影响。这对判定学生评教的有效性具有重要意义,同时也对有效开展高职院校评教、对教师提高教学质量具有一定的参考价值。
Students’ assessment is an important part of teaching evaluation in higher education,which is a major component of evaluation on teachers’ teaching. In this paper,investigation of students’ evaluation of teaching was obtained in a higher vocational college. This pa-per analyzed the survey and the influence of teachers’ characteristics on the effects of students’ evaluation on teaching,which is of great significance to judgment of the validity of students’ evaluation and of value to the evaluation on teaching and to improving teaching quali-ty.
