摘要
为简化表里换层双层组织的设计过程,提出了基于Kronecker积运算的矩阵模型构建方法.按照表里换层组织的构作原理,首先建立表里组织矩阵及纹样矩阵,然后选择合适的叉积元进行Kronecker积运算,利用计算机程序实现表里换层组织矩阵的自动生成.研究表明,用计算机程序可方便地建立矩阵模型并进行Kronecker积运算,提高了表里换层双层组织的设计效率.
To simplify the design progress for thread interchanging weaves,the generation method of matrix based on Kronecker product was studied in present study. According to the design rule for thread interchanging weaves,the matrix of face weave,the matrix of back weaves,the matrix of pattern,and the Kronecker unit were established,then the weave matrix resulted from thread interchanging weaves were fulfilled by computer program. The results revealed that the weave matrix and Kronecker product can be fulfilled by CAD. This method provides an effective tool for thread interchanging weaves design.
