碱式碳酸铜与邻菲啰啉配合物的制备

摘要 以无水乙醇为溶剂,在水热反应釜中利用邻菲啰啉与碱式碳酸铜于100℃反应制备配合物,通过XRD和IR对产品进行了表征.结果表明,当碱式碳酸铜与邻菲啰啉的摩尔比为1∶2时,得到的深蓝色且具有规整形貌的配合物是以邻菲啰啉分子中两个氮原子上的孤对电子与Cu2+离子发生配位而形成的.通过琼脂扩散抑菌法测定了配合物的抑菌性能,该系列配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抑菌活性. A complex was successfully prepared by the reaction of 1,10-phenanthroline,basic carbonate copper in ethanol-water solution in hydrothermal reaction vessel at 100 ℃,and characterized by IR and X-ray single crystal structural analysis. The obtained composite was investigated by XRD and IR. The result show that the regular and deep blue composite was obtained under the conditions of molar ratio of basic carbonate copper to phenanthroline of 1∶ 2 and the copper atom is coordinated with two N atoms of phenanthroline ligands. The agar diffusion antibacterial test shows that the complexes are active against the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
