摘要
分析鞍山式含碳酸盐赤铁矿石分步浮选中矿的工艺矿物学性质,通过开展浮选条件试验、开路试验、闭路试验,最终选取一粗一精阴离子反浮选工艺流程选别该铁矿石分步浮选中矿,取得了精矿品位56.20%,金属回收率57.10%,SiO2含量8.14%的较理想指标,实现了分步浮选中矿的高效利用。
Process mineralogy properties of stage flotation middlings of Anshan type hematite containing carbonates are analyzed. Through conducting flotation condition test, open-circuit test and closed-circuit test, "one rougher, one cleaner" anionic reverse flotation process flow is selected for separation of this stage flotation middlings. Favorable indexes are obtained with concentrate grade of 56.20%, metal recovery rate of 57.10%, SiO2 content of 8.14% and efficient utilization of stage flotation middlings is materialized.
