地域经济视角下的酒店国际化人才开发研究——以无锡为例

The Exploitation of International Talents in Hospitality Industry from the Perspective of Regional Economy: A Case Study of Wuxi

随着经济全球化发展,我国酒店行业也日益国际化,酒店行业对国际化专业人才的需求数量和质量要求也日益提高。酒店国际化人才除了应具备国际化视野外,还应根植于酒店所处的地域经济之中。地域经济视角下的酒店国际化人才应能体现地方特色,具有更强的地域针对性。面对当前酒店国际化人才数量不足、素质有待提升等问题,酒店国际化人才的开发应从人才观、政策环境、行业培训、薪酬激励体系等方面采取措施。无锡通过政府、行业、高校、海外资源的共同努力对酒店国际化人才进行开发和培养,取得了一定的成果,并为我国酒店国际化人才的开发策略提供了参考。

In the era of globalization,the hospitality industry of our country has been becoming more and more international. The hospitality industry is asking for international talents of higher quality in larger quantities. International talents in hospitality industry should not only have international perspective but also the ability of adapting themselves to local economies. International talents under the perspective of regional economy should reflect regional features and pertinences. Faced with the problems such as insufficient quantity and less qualified of international talents,the exploitation should focus on talent view,policy environment,training policy,salary and rewards and so on. In recent years,Wuxi has made joint efforts of the municipal government,hospitality industry,local colleges and overseas bodies to cultivate and exploit hotel international talents,and these efforts have gained rewarding achievements. These efforts and actions can be references for the exploitation strategy of China's international talents in hospitality industry.
