Training the Innovative Competence of the Art Talents in Higher Schools:Set in the Background of Rejuvenating the Cultural Industry

通过对高校艺术人才就业状况、艺术创新能力的社会现状调查,提出高校艺术人才实践创新能力培养改革的实施思路:通过搭建艺术实践平台,以"学习—实践—再学习—再实践"这个路径来提升学生的人生观、艺术观、创新观,使其艺术素养更具有前沿性、专业性、实践性,让高校艺术人才更具市场竞争力,以更好地融入文化产业大发展的有利环境中。

This paper elaborates on the approaches to the cultivation of art talents’ innovative competence in higher schools against the background of rejuvenating the nation’s cultural industry based on the investigation of the employment and artistic innovation of art graduates f rom higher schools. It goes f urther to propose the establishment of arenas for art students to practice, adopting a“study-practice-restudy-repractice”approach in order to lift up their outlooks on life, art and innovation so that they can maintain more professional, practical and the-state-of-art accomplishments, which enhance their competiveness in the job market and help ift in the favorable environment of the cultural industry’s great leaps.
