摘要 隐性知识是企业创新的源泉和核心竞争力,从大数据背景下的隐性知识管理变革出发,对大数据与隐性知识的关系进行了研究,同时阐述了电力企业在大数据时代的人才、企业文化、技术、团队建设等隐性知识管理要素。大数据分析技术在电力企业推广和应用,将会为电力企业的发展带来新的机遇和挑战。 Tacit knowledge is the source of innovation and core competitiveness in enterprises.From the prospective of tacit knowledge management innovation in the context of big data, the relationship between big data and tacit knowledge is researched.And the tacit knowledge management elements, such as tal-ents, corporate culture, technology and team building, are illustrated.The promotion and application of big data analysis technique bring new opportunities and challenges for the development of electric power enterprises.
