随着电力计量"精益化"管理水平的提升、客户服务期望的提高以及各方监管力度的增强,迫切需要发挥企业文化在电力计量科学发展中的引领、约束、凝聚和激励作用,促进文化建设和业务发展的协同。文章针对当前电力计量集约化、标准化建设带来的队伍新老人员文化融合、业务流程梳理优化等变革现象,结合实际工作经验,探讨了诚信价值观在计量工作中落地的具体内容和途径。

With the improvement of lean management of electric power metering, customer expectations and supervision capacity, enterprise culture with the function of guidance, mild restriction, agglomeration and stimulation is desperately needed in the scientific development of electric power metering work.Com-bined with work reality, this paper discusses the contents and landing approaches of the culture construc-tion of integrity in the electric power metering work, in order to meet the requirements of culture fusion of new and old staff, and the process optimization of electric power metering work in the intensification and standardization construction of electric power metering at present.
