摘要 "SPR"模式是以任务型教学理论为基础、结合英语演讲课程的性质和目标所设计的一套集能力训练、活动设计和效果评估于一体的系统化课程教学模式,具体包括观摩、实践和奖赏三个环节。通过引入"个性化的教材自选制度""多层次全方位的跟读模仿体系""积分奖励制度"和"重测制度"等新型教学理念,避免了"教师一言堂"和"一考定终身"等传统教学的弊端,有利于充分调动学习者的主观能动性,提高演讲课程的教学效果。 “SPR” mode, based on the task-based teaching theory and designed according to the nature and the goal of English public speaking course, is a set of systemized course teaching mode, combining competence training, activity design and effect evaluation. The mode consists of three process: see, practice and reward. It uses new teaching concepts such as “the personalized teaching material choice system”, “the multi-leveled and multi-dimensional following and imitating system”, “the bonus points reward system” and “the retesting system” to avoid the disadvantages of traditional teaching like “the teacher speaks throughout the whole class” and “the life-determining test”. Therefore, this mode helps to mobilize the subjective initiative of learners and improve the teaching effect of college English public speaking course.
